Summary0000800: distinct NK-db files are not accepted by LuxRender
DescriptionAs of now NKdb files are used for the most part as "metal". In fact NKdb files also include some glass variants etc. Additionally some materials are defined by several files with .all being the endign for a master file, which links to its sub-files of .nk-type.

These materials cant be used, instead luxrender switches to default: aluminium.

Current list of Nk-files not working: http://www.luxrender.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=4115 [^] (this list is updated steadily since I work through the whole db at the moment)

Suggestion:
1. Add support for .all files from NKdb to LuxRender.
2. Integrate support for non-metallic or crystalline metalloid NKdb substances
3. take advantage of the list I provide in above linked thread and make all NKdb files usable.

Nk definitions of specular transparent materials are already supported in glass2 material (enable media, select "sopra" IOR definition).

For materials supported in other areas, Id suggest to tune at least the error message accordingly

The only unsupported material by now seem to be 7059.nk because it uses line breaks as separators for all values instead of having the header on 1 line and all data for a given wavelength on a single line.
This seems to be really an exception and I don't think it is worth supporting as it would require a much more complex parser and the file is quite easily fixed (put the first 4 values on a single line then ensure that there are exactly 2 values on each line until the end of the file).

I'm going to resolve this issue if nobody objects.

Reopen if needed for the last corner case.
