Summary0001184: All integrators except for bidir doesn't support environment camera
DescriptionAll integrators except for bidir are unusable with environment camera due to a weird behavior -- the image gets totally blurred like out of focus.

 It's not just EXPM, it seems to be every integrator except for bidir/hybrid bidir. Path, direct, IGI, SPPM, and dpath all have the issue too.
