Summary0001143: Sampled Motion Blur in Blender Internal leads to multiple Lux invocations
DescriptionIf the user has set Sampled Motion Blur in Blender Internal renderer settings to 2 or greater, then switched rendering engine to LuxRender and started rendering, there will be the corresponding number of Lux GUI instances invoked with the same scene.
Steps To Reproduce1. Switch rendering engine to Blender Render.
2. In renderer settings enable Sampled Motion Blur and set Motion Samples value to more than 1.
3. Switch rendering engine to LuxRender.
4. Start rendering.

This only happens when "monitor external" is unchecked. It's basically the same issue as this one, except triggered by mo-blur sampling instead of animation rendering: http://www.luxrender.net/mantis/view.php?id=1040 [^]

Now that we have the list-file feature, I propose we use it whenever "Monitor External" is not checked. (we'd need to use it at all times, since Blender doesn't tell us if this is a still or animation render).

Side Note: this will break 0.8 compatibility with the luxblend trunk rather badly. I doubt most people are combining the two (the trunk version even says "0.9.0dev" under version)

As of 2.63, the sampled motion blur function belongs only to BI and does not/cannot affect any other renderers. This was apparently done to avoid a similar issue with Cycles, which (like lux) does not really use the sampled motion blur quite right.
