Have you seen the link (viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2977) where the blend file can be downloaded? I think I removed the layer with the background, added the one with the 3 light sources and that's it (with standard bidir MLT). Fantastic renderer. If you do find the blender file and you are allowed (model rights) to publish them it would be very interesting to see what tricks we could use to speed up the render.
I may try to find and upload it when I have too much free time (where you can see the exact properties).
