I thought other comps were impossible to vote for but this one is going to be even harder, once again I am able to find something I like about every single image.

When you post the voting thread BC can you please note that the gallery is more than one page now? I would hate for a image to get missed.

I always provide a link to each image next to the checkbox for voting.

Still, might be good to have a note. For example, personally I like to browse through the gallery page and choose who I'll vote for from there, then go into the thread and hit the checkboxes. A reminder to browse both pages would be useful, I think.

I don't know if the forums would support it, but maybe you could put a thumbnail image next to each vote. That would solve both problems I think.

+1 to A-man's proposal. It would make the voting process (not the decision process!) much simpler. Binary, i think you could just copy the small thumbnails from the gallery.

Somewhere around >3 CFU. Took roughly 3 1/2 weeks to render on my little machine.

Same to you but even more so, I really like your submission, you don't often do "abstractions." I am really glad you let it render long enough to get at some of the caustics. The color composition while subtle I still find very interesting and powerful, an effective contrast without being overwhelming. :)

I admit I see alchemical references in your render, heh...:ugeek:

Right. I tried for it to reflect transgression/transmutation motives and not just duality.

What i really like in this competition is a lot of works with subtle story.

There are some issues in the Gallery for "simple5" and "Beddards-Pyramid-062411.jpg"
