Luxrender won't start rendering with texture's

Hi folks.

I recently bought the newest version of mac os x, snow leopard.
And was quikly off downloading the latest build at graphicall.org,for using Luxrender 0.8.

Awesome! however I noticed something strange when rendering with texture's e.g. Luxrender>Image map.
Luxrender was incapable of receiving the data somehow, with other words It didn't run, Luxrender simply doesn't start rendering.

Does someone recognise this? Could someone please help me out!

My specs:

* Snow Leopard 10.6.7

*Intel Core 2 Duo 2,4 GHz

*Memory: 4 GB DDR2

*ATI Radeon HD 2400

*Luxrender version 0.8

*Blender build: 2.57.0 r36339m

So, does LuxRender run fine with textures? And when you export the scene as .lxs file and open it in LuxRender, do you get any error messages? And when trying to start rendering from withing Blender, does the Blender console window show any warnings?

The texture's show up just fine inside Blender.

But I'm getting this error when I import a .lxs inside of Luxrender.

All right, some more questions:

-could you attach the Luxrender_ParkScene.lxs file to this thread?
-does 'Park_Luxrender_scene/Scene/00001/Monkey_0000_m000.ply actually exists? Could it be that something changed in your file paths after reinstalling the operating system?
-could you try using an absolute path for the output instead of a relative path? This can be set in the output panel of the camera tab.

I've Attached it ;)

And this .blend file was made after the installation of Snow Leopard.
I've tried changing it to Absolute but still nothing.

Since the LXS is indeed incomplete, this means the export process failed. Could you post the log from the blender system console ("Help" -> "Toggle System console" if it's not visible) after trying to export?
May contain traces of nuts.

Actually, that only works on Windows. To get it on OS X, type this into Terminal and hit enter (assumes you have Blender in your /Applications folder):

/Applications/Blender.app/Contents/MacOS/Blender

Almost certainly means your LuxBlend25 and Blender are mismatched. Use the the LuxBlend25 link included in the official 0.8 download package with 2.57b from Blender.org.
