Is anybody experiencing problems with 64bit version on Ubuntu Maverick?
Whatever scene I set up, it renders nicely with 0.6.1 but all white with 0.7 (using the correct exporters, of course) :(

The only (but probably significant) difference I noticed by running them in terminal, is that 0.7 spits out this warning:
Code: Select all
ulisse@Aang:~/bin/luxrender-0.7-x86_64-sse2$ ./luxrender
Unrecognised OpenGL version
Unrecognised OpenGL version

You can always start lux with -noopengl for now.

In version 0.7.1, which is slightly overdue, we've disabled the OpenGL acceleration in the interface, so this will be a non-issue.
May contain traces of nuts.

That's it! By passing that parameter (just with double --) it works like a charm.
hanks for the hint, and I'm looking forward for 7.1 ;)
