Here you go,

there's a blend file and the diffuse texture to apply.
the grass patch already has UVs you can use.
you can instance it and if you manually randomize/tweak the tiling it looks non-tiled.

it was generated in MAYA by someone about a year ago for me, can't remember who ... :( sorry guy :)

i'll be continueing on this scene this weekend, very busy with other stuff atmo :)
