I'm really sorry about MacOS compilation ; the problem is that apart Neo, nobody in the dev team has a Mac to test/compile Lux :( But be patient, I'm sure Neo will come back here or someone will help us in the future. If you know some Mac-addict forum, maybe asking help there will bring us a packager ?

I am member in a German Mac forum which has some very competent members.

I could ask around if somebody would be willing to look at this, but before I do that I need to know what exactly I should ask for (since I am not familiar with that stuff).
Also: Does it require an actual understandig of renderers and such, or does it "just" require an understanding of "how to build programs under Mac OS X".

If you tell me these two things, I can ask this. Not sure, if anybody would be able/willing to help, but it's worth a try. Also other people could ask around then in "their" Mac forums.

Thanks for trying, MasterDomino ;) The needed skills are :
-Building C/C++ programs with library dependencies on OSX
-Knowledge of XCode
-CMake build system (they may have to learn this one)
-Motivation to help a free software project like Lux ;)
