I have, the numbers in view of the camera were instanced around, this reduced the exported files to 6.5mb

Improved the uv inside the holes, and reduced the exported file to 6.25mb. I dont think its going to go lower than that without a loss of quality or a fair bit of work.

Would you like me to upload the file?

First though whats this? It doesnt seem to break anything.

 One more way to reduce the file size is replacing the numbers and lines with the image texture. this puts another requirement to the user, though (the texture must be present at certain location etc.) - it is matter of priorities - file size vs. usage comfort

yeah, I didnt know if that works on the server rendering system thing though, and as you said it requires the texture to be there. but really I dont think 6mb is very much, 20mb is big for a preview scene though.

Now though the majority of the file would be coming from the ball. Ill see what just the ball file size will be soon.

That would be pretty awesome :D
Exporting the file with no walls/floor/numbers gives a 5.1mb file.

Quick question Did you already try the 'Join Triangles' option under edit menu? That removed on the original a lot.
