LuxRender 0.9-dev Windows build of 24-08-2011

Finally some new builds.

Main new things since last is:
- Lots of work on SPPM, should now have lower memory usage and better interactivity. However may still have lots of issues so :)
- Mesh shape now supports generating tangents which are compatible with Blender and xNormal. This is needed when using sampled/baked normal maps.
- Improved FLM writing and transmission code. Should help with >2Gb FLMs on Windows, and also behave better on 32bit platforms.
- Fixed memory leak between renders when using outlier rejection, especially noticeable when using the rendering queue.
- Cmake changes, compiles lux core as dll on Windows.


These builds contain LuxRender, LuxConsole, LuxMerger, Pylux for Python3 (only) and LuxBlend (for 2.49).
The NoOpenCL builds does not require any OpenCL driver or capabilities, but also does not use the GPU for the "hybrid" renderer.

Built with Visual Studio 2008 SP1 + Windows 7 SDK on Win 7 64bit, using AMD APP SDK 2.4 (formerly ATI Stream SDK).

Quick status check on two things: smoothed normals with microdisplacement, are these still wonky? And I see Hybrid-Bidir got some work done, is this reasonably stable again?
