After experimenting and adding in items, I ended up creating this:
This render was created in LuxRender 1.0RC rendered to 1.5ks/p. I exported as a HDR image (.exr) and used Photoshop to alter the HDR toning when I converted it to LDR.
I decided to make it my interpretation of what I felt 'the inside of a depressed persons mind' might be like. Not having been depressed myself, but knowing a number of depressed people I wanted to capture the feeling of being trapped inside a dark place, trapped and haunted my your own thoughts, and often a I have noticed with some people, they can see a way out (the light through the window) but can never escape to there themselves.
It would be my first attempt at something with a little more meaning to it
