Aperture science logo and a haribo ring

Here is a little sweetie I decided to model and render, however it dints inwards where the red meets the yellow. Cool effect but it doesn't do that in real life.

This is something for the portal fans on these forums. The circular edges of the logo should really be smooth, and there is some funky stuff going on with the Es and T in the text. A warning also appears in luxrenders console about inconsistent shading normals in the text, but I don't know how to fix this problem.

Please post any criticisms and suggestions of how to fix the problems, thanks :)

Select all the objects and set them to "Smooth" shading in the toolbar (T in 3D view window). Then add an edgesplit-modifier to each object you have set to smooth.
All assuming you use Blender.
