Interesting...

It's a pity he did'nt use the version with my latest patch as it would have been at least 2x as fast...

heh, not only That but I am disappointed he was not able to use luxrenders bidir which is producing great results right now imo. :)
I found it Interesting to see how the ice-cube/glass was handled in each application.

bidir does'nt work well for exteriors, it's way slower than standard path tracing.
also, bidir does'nt work at all here currently with MLT, it's broken...

Hi,

Yes, bidir is currently broken with mlt, but works well otherwise. I've yet to understand the issue.

Looks good, but the gamma is off with lux's render.

Here's another comparison by enricoceric, this time with interiors.

Look like lux came out very good :)
