Dade - jupp, flipping the projection was the important thing - orientation is somewhat question of defining

Dade -forget about orientation of worldmap atm, its odd in Blender, must claryfy, so looking right == north is k for the moment

Hybrid map seems to be the fastest and is really the default already :) Tx for the info Dade, now it's much more lucid.

@Chawl: just ask about unknown properties but most of them are mostly debugging stuff. For instance sppm.lookup.type set if to use a hashgrid, kd-tree or hybrid kd-tree/hasgrid for eye hitpoints. About all the times you the default value should be fine.

Jens, I have fixed that problem.

@dade tx. I've dug up a bit, but some exotics like "sppm.lookup.type" is hard to perceive without monkeying with the SLG source i'm afraid.

Urgent note: we just observed that in all slg, lux, from any exporter lb0.7 lb2.5 render_slg, the HDRI´s are mirrowed left/right atm.

Nope, if you know Python, you can read the Blender exporter sources to have an idea of how it works.

Exactly! And once you've setup a scene in a photografer kind of way it seems stupid to face shadows place hidden lights etc
