Slave caching of external files

Over the last few weeks I've been working on changing how masters send files to the slaves. It was based on this feature request. The goal has been to reduce memory and bandwidth consumption, and hopefully lead to potentially faster start-up time for slaves.

LuxRender is a physically based and unbiased rendering engine. Based on state of the art algorithms, LuxRender simulates the flow of light according to physical equations, thus producing realistic images of photographic quality.
