0001232: Blender Panorama Camera doesn't render as panorama in Luxrender

Description

Hi,
Blender svn version (0000011:0000002.64) has panorama type defined as part of the camera.
(camera.type == 'PERSP', 'ORTHO' or 'PANORAMA')

It would be nice to have the 'PANORAMA' camera to export as the 'environment' camera in Luxrender.

(0003411) J the Ninja (developer) 2012-05-14 20:17	Should be an easy fix, and will get rid of that silly "perspective type" menu we currently use to export the environment camera. I'd like to hold off on this until it's in a stable blender release though.

(0003414) J the Ninja (developer) 2012-05-19 18:30	Actually, turns out this is pretty non-instrusive. Support is now in hg. Keep in mind that since the perspective type menu is gone, you will need a blender build with the panoramic lens option to export the environment camera. (otherwise, older versions will be fine with the change)
