Summary0001196: Plastic and substrate material generate a lot of NaNs
DescriptionJust enable Film "debug" option and try to render mandatory/fullcornell-path.lxs scene.
It happens with Random and LD sampler (Metropolis seems to catch the NaNs before the Film::AddSample() method).

Aren't plastic and substrate deprecated for a long time?

They are, but I think they should be properly marked as such (ie generate a warning).

And the are included "mandatory" test scene ... I was working on the new filtering tool and I had all that NaNs flying around, wondering what I was doing wrong =)

We really should add a new "mandatory" test scene, which includes clear and homogeneous mediums. Yet not be too heavy so results can be seen quickly.
