The tiling on the floor looks a bit "too tiling" for me but thats not an issue.

Hmmm it seems to me that your specular is very high both on the floor and the wood, maybe thats what causes the "noise".

first time this happend to me, noise is increasing :o probably wrong flm? i have a lot

Im sorry but that is not the raw HDR its an LDR to HDR transcode.

The white holds no data.

Could you post the FLM and LXS instead ?

probably wrong flm or something has changed in other luxrender files... seemes that lux is rendering a white matte material over your actual scene...
