This shouldn't change anything for normal day to day usage.

- your program source code will be provided on our website under terms and conditions of GNU General Public License version 3 or later;
- your text and audio-visual content in the wiki section of our website will be provided under terms and conditions of GNU Free Documentation License;
- for material definitions you upload to LRMDB section of our website you disclaim of all your exclusive rights and property interest and agree they will be published in the public domain;
- any other text content of yours will be provided on our website under terms and conditions of CreativeCommons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license.
You retain all your sole rights for any audio-visual content (including, but not limited to images, animations) published on our website outside of the wiki section. However you understand and agree that such content will be provided by request to any user accessing our website.
LuxRender team reserves the right to restrict access to all of your content or any part thereof published on our website, or completely remove it from our website for any reason we see fit. At the same time, based on terms and conditions of aforementioned licenses, you can be stripped of ability to delete by yourself any of your content published on our website and will have no right to demand their deletion from us (with the exception of audio-visual materials).
You accept to take upon yourself all responsibility in total for the contents of any material you publish on the LuxRender website. You agree not to publish any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated, copyright infringing or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where the LuxRender website is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
Under no circumstances shall the LuxRender team be held liable for any rights or property interest violated by the content published on the LuxRender website by website users. If you find some content published on the LuxRender website infringing, you may contact us, providing a) precise and particular material location (including its URL and description), b) the reason you see the material infringing, and c) the legal basis for you to have the right to request for contents removal. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the LuxRender team shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
