Hi LuxBlender,

no this does not work for me, but the reason is, that I am on a PPC and cannot use the Intel version.

Do you think it's possible to build a universal binary? Afaik all you need to do is also select PPC in the targets in Xcode.

Doesn't work for me either. I'm on my MacBook Pro Core2Duo, running 10.4.x. Unzips fine, but the app does nothing.

build with 10.4 universal SDK ..

So as far as i Know it should be universal

so me need to understand the real problem to fix definitly...

It still doesn't work for me. I will describe my problems:

LuxBlender's version:

I download the archive, unzip it. If I want to start the application the application icon has a "forbidden" sign on top. If I doubleclick it, I get an error message saying, I cannot open the application, because it is not supported by my system.


Neo1975's version:

It installs fine. When I open it, it crashes right away.

If I check the console it tells me:

hm this is strange,

i have the following specs..

Macbook 2,16Ghz 2GB Ram MacOS 10.4.11 X11 installed and updated ..

So technically it should work ..

Well if not why not try to compile it yourself ?
