SU2LUX Exporter for Sketchup 0.1-dev

As Jeanphi suggested in a previous post, we could work together in the creation of an exporter.
Maybe development will be faster and better.

While I wait, here is a small modification to the script to export Sketchup sun and to eliminate an annoying error message in Lux (it tries to write a file in C:).

A played a little bit with the script and
1. settings and material editor windows cause javascript errors, then nothing works in them
2. Lux crashes when closing it after a render

I use Sketchup version 7.0.11018 and Lux 0.6
