I don't get again email notifications

I found this page shared by Doug
http://www.luxrender.net/static/materia ... ters.xhtml
thought it's updated.... is a great help for the materials development... there you can notice all what a material can do.

There's a similar one for 0.7 textures too: http://www.luxrender.net/static/texture ... ters.xhtml

I'll see about creating a new pair for 0.8 - it's not too hard to get this info from lux's source code.
(the original spreadsheets of these pages are in the luxblend25 repo: http://src.luxrender.net/luxblend25/fil ... evel_notes )

Thanks Doug,

tables are a great help while developing... you have also an overview on all the stuff to add, connect and so on.

btw stay tuned... cause thought in the next time two new addition will be part of Luxrender.... a must also for luxMax

Augmented reality and the new in development IBLinfinitesample.... both plugin are writed by Aldo Zang ;)

Lets just end with materials first and then we'll start with textures!but these tables are really helpful.it saves me the time going from luxblend to luxmax all the time and checking which material has which params.
Anyway,last update for today,
--sigma float and imagemaps now work in matte and matte trans
--u,v roughness imagemaps now work for glossy, glossylossy, metal
As usually changes in the luxmax repo.

That one's easy (with the way things are implemented now).
I'll have a go at it tomorrow.
I'll make a new shader, with 4 slots, where you insert your textures.

Thanks for pointing it out patro! You are really looking for everything new ;) Good work.
