not exaclty copy to clipboard - somewhere there was also a proposal to have image stamping - optional overlay lux logo and text with used settings, CPU, RAM, S/px etc... burned into the image. This of course would be done in postprocess via luxgui

I hope not on the image, but under it (like attached to it), else all that rendering for that part for nothing.
Cheers!

Yeah, so that it extends the image down by X pixels and then places the information there with the Lux logo.

Hi to all!
Many thanks to coders for superb unbiased Luxrender... the best!

I'm working a lot with many different shot of the same project: well, every shot must have same settings of ISO, EXPOSURE, LIGHT settings, etc, that I adjust by LuxGUI. Normally I write those infos on a piece of paper but... some weeks later... where are my papers?? :o So, I can't find old settings... :?
It shall be very usefull if Luxrender print in EXIF datas of each images those informations like digital cameras do!
Is it possible coding that?
Thanks!
Edo

Atm if you exported these settings ( linear TM ), you find the values in the .lxs file.
Also if you saved an .flm, it should ( afaik ) be stored there.

Thanks Jensverwiebe for your answer!
It's true but not the same immediacy: as you say I must search file with same name (.flm is big file), open file with editor, etc. etc. With EXIF datas, when I watch my pictures at the same time I can read its settings (I use XnView to open images and with ctrl+enter I get my informations).
But maybe not so important!

jupp just a workaround, but meant not to search the flm in an editor but just open it in LuxRender to watch the settings ;)

Printing all settings out + perhaps the log is a good idea i consider taking a look on when i do the next coding-session.
