"macos" repo -abandoned transaction found - run hg recover

Postby jensverwiebe » Wed Nov 13, 2013 4:08 pm

Hi folks

I today got stuck when pushing the biased_path merge stuff to the "macos" repo.
Since this timeout ? aborting, i cannot commit anymore, getting:
Code: Select all
HTTP Error 500: abandoned transaction found - run hg recover

Could pls someone with acces to our server run hg recover for me? please please

...it did, thx Lord :)

Next time i rather commit in smaller chunks, seems the server tends to give 404 when commiting huge files atm.,
leading to aborted transactions. I hope i can avoid this now.

Yeah, you probably run into the same memory limitations that causes issues when cloning.

Hi LordCRC

It happened again due bad connection: HTTP Error 500: abandoned transaction found - run hg recover

Could you please by chance again reset the "macos" repo ?

Btw: i once had server acces, but either lost it or was due changes ( forgot, i darkly remember an bsd server ).
So if you don't wanna have todo this all the time, i should perhaps get server-access again.
