Are you sure that you are using the LuxRender image map texture and not the Blender one?

You also maybe have to update your exporter: http://www.luxrender.net/wiki/LuxBlend_ ... structions

Yeah thanks I think that was the problem, the exporter and Lux didn't match up. Just downloaded a build off graphicall instead :P

Yeah, that was missing in an earlier version of luxblend that came with a weekly version of luxrender. The latest versions have been all good, I suggest you try a newer one

Btw, blender image tex for displacement is fixed in the repo now.

(the bug also applied to the ocean tex, fixed there too)
