SATtva: could you check if freeimage is compiled with -fvisibility=hidden ? On OSX freeimage sources this was default.
I once tried without this flag to get less warnings and also found Blender conflicts arising.
Have no other idea atm as we can´t affect this in static builds other than apply to libs directly.

Hey, Jens! The problem is resolved, the first time i forgot to update liblux in LuxBlend dir so spent some time trying to figure out why -fvisibility=hidden doesn't changes anything. :) Thank you for the tip.

Any chance of bumping the version number to 0.91 when switching to boost 1.47 to make it more obvious to end users using the dev builds that all their nodes must be upgraded in sync?

I wasn't thinking we would go "live" with this so quick. We should have bumped the "protocol" version, but oh well...
May contain traces of nuts.
