Maybe load up your testscene?

hey guys believe it or not:

jens your scene works on both testet machines... no problem...

then i try to make a test with your settings with a simple object... a beam...
i get the same results with a fresh scene where i change no settings...

Kristian, iám running out of ideas.
Every motionblur setup i do here works as expected !

Looks as you do a mistake somewhere we haven't catched yet ?

jens i know how you feel. but shouldn't it work with a fresh new scene created with factory settings?
as you see... on my machines not...
what can i do wrong? there are not so many settings i can play with...
i set two keyframes... go back to frame one and press f12.... you see the settings i use in the scene i send you... when this scene works ob your machine as it is.... why it don't work on thAt three machines i have here?
i don't understand that...
