Room and whiskey

So after some toying with blender and its fluid simulator, I asked m 11 years old sister to draw me the plan of a simple room, to render it in blender and to train me.
Here is what it looks like after 1h15 on two computers (i7 2600k and i5 something), but it still needs some samples and I don't have much time.
I'll try to improve the current setup of the scene first and then render something carbonfluxed.



But if any of you has some spare computing time or if you want to help someone, here are the .lxs and .blend files:

You might want to round off those corners a little bit. I'd be afraid to touch that glass, it would cut my hand

Well in fact they are based on some glass I have at home and the only real difference is that the "walls" of the glass are way thiner in real life. Anyway I will render for a night and merge the results tomorrow.
