oks i still need the fill light for the dark side of the image, and the IED spot for the blue box.
the wall material is the library "dry wall", default settings, only differente specular color for the red portion.
table kitchen and blue furniture are glossy material

first link is the material screen shot
second link the render screen

something wired isn't it?

Your getting there, though such blocks of solid colour are rarely used in architecture and never so close together. it could give someone a headache if they lived in such an environment. Try breaking up the red block with a vertical pattern of various colours on the same there as the red; Something like this http://www.bbc.co.uk/homes/design/design_inspiration/factsheets/74.shtml - Only less "Over the top!".
I might have the perfect IES spotlight for you, I'll take a look though my collection are you looking for realism or aesthetic with the IES?

people im having problem whit light...
do is possible that "portal light" exclude the indoor light that i have add?

i try to explane better my self....
if i exclude the sun light (just moving in a no render layer) the new setting of filling light work in the scene, but moving back my sun light on the render scene..... fill light disapear :(

for filling light i just add a simple point light, plus an area light.....

Sun light is usually much brighter than artifical lighting. If you use the reinhard tonemapper it adapts to the bright sun light. So the indoor lights seems to disappear. You could raise the gain of the indoor lighting to compensate that.
