SWEET :D :D :D

With 1st example 4 week rendering can be rendered just in 8 days.

Congratulations David. I am really excited thinking I will get that soft in my box ...
I have a newbie's question, sorry by advance if that's silly.
Is there a chance that lucrenderGPU will use the "theoretical" threading power of a nvdiia TESLA card a day?
I mean, more than the fact that TESLA card get 4Gb memory inside.

Great work! totally missed this thread sprouting up. Grabbed the source and will likely try (and fail given my past record) and compile it on my MacBook and the relatively larger Linux Box, i love doing random things like playing with glass, and dispersion so the extra boost in speed will be welcome.

LuxrenderGPU uses OpenCL so it will run on any platform where OpenCL support is available (including Tesla cards). However, given how much expansive Tesla are, I think it will still be a lot cheaper to go for GeForce cards for small installations.

Yep, I think so. Nevertheless, I would be (VERY) curious to see the result of a rendering with luxrenderGPU on a TESLA machine...
Is there any rich man in the audience?
