Isn't it in there already? Can you elaborate?

hi,
thank you for the new release :)

off topic:

what about the option to have also a dark gray interface.... just by inverting the existing one?

As the new GUI is based on Qt framework, its looks can be modified using standard Qt theme tools. At least in Linux this is true, have no idea about Windows though.

Hi

These are just colorpalettes, that can be defined as wished.
The themes are more about general style like "plastique", "motif", "aqua", etc., meaning more the shapes and such.
But in general, no problem.

Just a remark: your example is hard to read, so i would not take it in account.
White font on dark is not preferable over black font on brighter BG in most cases.

Am I a bit thick or did you forget to describe the bug? :)

Somehow funny: you commented on Mantis on the bug, but write you dont see it...

I blame your Genius, which makes you miss simple things :D

hi,
if you mean the attached image... is only an example... ;)
I just take a screen shoot of Luxrender and inverted it with gimp.... and play with color tone!
it's just to make the idea a little bit more interesting.. so to seduce some one to ad this interface color option!
I like a lot the Luxrender interface.... but light ui is eyes consuming for me.... but if you want to ad a themes selection... the idea is welcome :D but please also a dark-gary one

by the way there must be a bug in 0.7 version like in 0.6... but it was solved in the 0.7 Rc versions!

the problem with dark background/UI is that renders that seem just fine while converging often are a bit underexposed once the image is saved and showed in a general environment... if it's an option then it's ok but I wouldn't change the current UI for a darker one

no no.... I meant just as option! I like the light UI... but it's also eyes consuming...
