Ah, well, we're working on that. We don't want to have a personalized paypal account or similar so that one of us could end up leaving with all the money, so we're trying to set up something a bit more "proper". Hopefully Soon (tm) :)

Great, I'd love to support you guys a bit. Paypal would be cool, though.

Unless im doing some really stupid, it seams photon mapping and smart photon mapping is no longer working, it`s defaulting to interior/path rendering.

You mean Reality isn't letting you select them? Possible it's misreading version (or you pointed it to the wrong executable)?

No, reality is letting me select it but when the render starts LUX defaults back to interior/path. LUX is installed properly, when it`s running it says RC3 in the about window.

Lux cannot change its settings once the rendering has already started; if it renders with Path it means this integrator was selected in scene settings. Please start rendering, then open Render tab > Advanced subtab, and see what it shows under "Surface integrator".

Seams to be working now, maybe it was me  what i have noticed with this RC is it`s note consistent with the CPU usage, the prveious 2 RC`s and im between builds had my i7 at almost full CPU usage 100% of the time but this RC every now and then drops off for a few seconds then goes back to around 93%.

x86-64 Linux users are encouraged to download Lux RC3 distribution again -- Pylux was broken in the former builds.
