I'm using Lux for quite a time now, and recently bought myself a little RAM, changing to Windows 7 64-bit... obviously. And that's when pylux and it's material preview decided to stop working. Tested all combinations of versions I could think of - usually I go with weekly 0.9 + recent Blender build, tested pure 2.6+0.8 too. Nothing works. Console thinks there is no pylux file at all. Installed python 64, nothing. Tried some 32 bit versions, nothing. Just can't get it to work, and I'm out of ideas...

Dll error speaks something of "wrong simultaneous configuration"... whatever that means.
