Where to get pylux.so for blender 2.61 (Mac OS X)

Postby gdie » Tue Dec 27, 2011 11:13 am

On <http://www.luxrender.net/wiki/LuxBlend_2.5_installation_instructions>, chapter 3, it is said that for full integration of LuxRender into blender, one should get Pylux, and for Mac OS X (like Linux), it would be called pylux.so. But it is not said, where to get it from.

I found one in <http://www.luxrender.net/release/pylux/0.8/mac/universal_intel/LuxBlend25_addon_0.8_noCL.zip>, but this seems to be for blender 2.5 and not for blender 2.61. If I install it, I get this console output form blender 2.61:

-------- 8< -------- 8< -------- 8< -------- 8< -------- 8< -------- 8< -------- 8< -------- 8< -------- 8< --------
ndof: device added
ndof: using SpaceNavigator
ndof: old 3Dx driver installed, some buttons may not work

I guess, that the module I found is intended for use with blender 2.5 but not for blender 2.61.

Where can I get Pylux for blender 2.61?

PS: Yes, I installed liblux.dylib (copied it from /Applications/LuxRender/LuxRender.app/Contents/MacOS/liblux.dylib)

Doesn't run on Mac OS 10.5.8.
