Same Problem here.

Mac Mini(2010) + Lion

Settings:
- a new blender file, with one cube, an area light / LuxRender08_test_blend_BYOB
- Settings: Hybrid, run renderer, Surface Integrator = Path/One

Scenario 1:
- Luxrender + Luxblend25 from Jens Verwiebe
- different Blender 2.5 Versions from Graphicall and blender.org

what i get is an error:

I checked it again and again: the lightstrategy is set to Path/One!?

Scenario 2:
- Luxrender from Jens Verwiebe
- Blender 2.58a - Trunk http://graphicall.org/299
First there was an error with copying the pylux.so, so i moved it to /Users/jan/Library/Application Support/Blender/2.58/scripts/addons .
I hit F12, everything looks fine, no errors, luxrender starts, but the result is just a black picture.

Scenario 1 was due to a mistake in the coding. Apparently, whoever coded the bidir warnings (and I think it was me :? ) forgot to check that we were actually using bidir before doing them. Anyway, I just fixed it.

For scenario 2.....um....perhaps the GPU-switching voodoo is to blame again? You have your power settings set to enable the 330M, right? (which hopefully fires up automatically when an app requests opencl use)

No GPU switching, there is only one GPU (330M) in this mac mini.

I forgot - LuxMark works fine. I would like to test Luxrender, but can´t find any test-scene(.lxs) with Hybrid mode enabled. Where can i find one?
