Thanks! There's actually just one tiny light source in there, rest is thanks to refractions.

I love how you've placed the lights inside the ice cube, it gives a nice effect. I think some water droplets coming from the ice would give the ice a more 'cool' look, try looking at some reference images. Overall, a great render! :)
